The water-miscible cooling lubricants are mixed with water and then stored in the subsequently created emulsion or solution, the metalworking is carried out. Cooling lubricants containing mineral oil form an emulsion when mixed with water.
What is LCT Cool Cut?
LCT Cool Cut are non-water miscible machining oils containing natural gas derived base fluids (“GTL oils”) as the main ingredient.
What distinguishes LCT Cool Cut?
Due to the main ingredient GTL oil, LCT Cool Cut machining oils are exceptionally low in evaporation and atomisation and have very high flash points. In addition, LCT Cool Cut oils contain special additive combinations that result in long tool life.
